About William Hall Rodgers
Since the 1940s, Bradley County’s William Hall Rodgers Fund has made spirits brighter by providing an average of 750 meals to local families in need every holiday season. Your generous support ensures United Way can continue to meet this need in our community. One of Cleveland’s oldest philanthropic endeavors, the William Hall Rodgers Christmas Fund is named for the former editor of the Cleveland Daily Banner who served as a strong advocate for the program. It originally operated as Cleveland Associated Charities before its renaming to honor Rodgers following his death. United Way of the Ocoee Region has continued facilitation of the program as a source of goodwill for our community’s most vulnerable during the holidays.
