WORKPLACE CAMPAIGNS
United Way harnesses the power of corporate philanthropy and brings colleagues together in giving back to the community they call home.
Workplace campaigns - through corporate gifts, individual donations and/or payroll deductions - are one of the leading sources of funds that contribute to the annual United Way Community Campaign.
In return, statistics have shown that offering employees convenient and meaningful ways to give back at work - financially or through volunteer opportunities - increases engagement, creates mission alignment, improves retention, and boosts overall morale and job satisfaction.
In 2024, 102 workplace campaigns contributed more than $1.18 million to the UWOR Community Campaign.
