United Way of the Ocoee Region is excited to announce the opening of the 2026/27 United Way Impact Fund Grant application process, inviting local nonprofits to apply for funding to support transformative projects and programs. The Impact Fund is designed to strengthen the community by addressing critical needs and advancing meaningful change in key areas under Health, Wellness, and Quality of Life.

The United Way Impact Fund supports projects that offer innovative approaches to long-standing challenges, target the root causes of complex issues, and have measurable outcomes that align with United Way’s indicators and commitment to building a more thriving community.
Key Focus Areas:
Under the priorities of Health, Wellness, and Quality of Life, United Way of the Ocoee Region seeks to fund programs addressing the following focus areas:

Stable Housing

Access to Quality Childcare

Access to Quality Healthcare

Mental Healthcare and Substance Misuse Support

Letter of Intent Open: November 19, 2025
-
Letter of Intent Application Deadline: December 19, 2025
Eligibility:
-
Be a 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization and provide an IRS Determination Letter
-
Serve Bradley and/or Polk Counties
-
Address one of the key Focus Areas
-
Provide a recent Independent Audit Report (or approved financials)
-
Provide a list of current Board Members
-
Have the ability to track Program Outcome Indicators (overall performance) and report to UWOR as requested
-
Be willing to participate in UW Partner Roundtable discussions within the funding cycle
-
Be willing to promote the United Way partnership in marketing efforts and special events
Once agencies have applied to the Letter of Intent, applications will be reviewed for approval to apply to the Full Application stage.
Applicants are encouraged to review the application guidelines on United Way of the Ocoee Region’s website, where additional resources and details are available to assist in the application process. An informational session for prospective applicants will also be hosted via Zoom on Thursday, November 20 at 3:30 p.m. to provide further guidance on eligibility and expectations.
